a. Billing will be based on guaranteed attendance (even if the attendances less than the guaranteed number)

However, should attendance exceed the guaranteed numbers, billing will be based on the actual attendance.

a. 30% of the total cost will be imposed for any postponement to the eventless than 14 days of agreed date. 

b. 50% of the total cost will be imposed for any postponement to the event less than 7 days of agreed date.

a. 30% of the total cost will be imposed if cancellation received less than 30 days before the event date.

b. 50% of the total cost will be imposed if cancellation received less than 14 days before the event date.

c. 100% of the cost or full payment as per agreement will be imposed if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event date.
